Borer 0-320 Engine STC SA136AL

In regards to STC SA136AL 0-320 engine upgrade.

Does anyone have any details on this STC in regards to which models of 0-320's are covered by it and what modifications/requirements will have to be done. It will be used on a PA-18-105 airframe which according to the FAA's website is covered. I spoke to Karen (Roger Borers daughter) and she did not have the specicifics available other than it is applicable to my airframe.

Any info is appreciated.

Hi david did you ever get a reply on the Borer 0-320 engine stc sa136al. I have a 1951 pa-18 105 and would like to install a 0-320. Any help would be appriciated. Wayne

Well, I'll try. How is the oil cooler added? Front or rear mount? Can I use the 0235 exhaust? Jim
