7ECA 1650 friggin riggin

hey all you knowledge types, i got a buddy who is really racking his brain on the riggin lengths for his 7ECA. Do any of you know what the dimensions are supposed to be, in order to get proper angle of attack and GC. Length of quadratrap would be greatly appreciated.
