Looking for advice about the "King Cub" STC

I have a Pregnant PA18A with an 0 360, here in New Zealand. (Pregnant because its been modified to fit two passengers side by side). Unfortunately I have to replace the engine, prop and some cowls due to a nose over and am thinking about fitting the OI 390 via the STC from HO Aircraft. Does anyone have a reality check about any of the following: the likely cost, the man hours involved, the reliability of the finished mod, unexpected problems and its performance?
