The app looks good, is there a way to switch the website to english units?

On the web page? Select language at the bottom of the page. Not everything is translated but most is. For the app it's in settings.

Toggled out of English and back, still metric. I'll keep scraping around.

The app is much easier to use,

A couple of app views. The main page and the day in a graph. As I said earlier you can drag a finger on my iPhone and look ahead at the main screen in one hour increments.

Click on the 3 line set upper left corner, it opens my locations tab, upper right corner of that tab is a settings 'sprocket.' Click the sprocket and you can set the units you want.
