I don't hate on hunters. I can avoid your deer stand during deer season and am more likely to do so if you don't act like an ass and yell at me.

No, that was not the one parked on a seaplane dolly next to a nice house. But it could be the one that flew over, hard to tell since it flew right over me and all I saw was the bottom. I was at Vermilion Dam Lodge at the time. Looked fun!

It was just what happened right after the picture was taken. We avoid the deer stands during deer season. They like to hunt deer and we like to fly. We can all do both.

Great to fly with you Steve and see your area. What a great treat to see the country there and the special network of strips you have access to! However my "VIP"ness is vastly overstated and I would give your gear bolts a once over before flying again.

Spent Sunday night at Trigger Gap.After breakfast at Depot Diner (Golden MO) 6 of us flew out to back country strips in NW Ark on Monday.Was a great day to fly.I guess we missed the celebrity members who were in the area?

We saw the Husky come in to Trigger on Sunday afternoon. Cathy and I took a friend of mine and his wife out Sunday afternoon in their Cherokee.

Cathy and I had a great, relaxing long weekend at Ponca and Bentonville. After her tax deadline was done, Cathy needed a getaway.

We just picked up my wife's new cub, San Diego to Joseph, Oregon. 2 days, 12 hours. Great weather the whole way except 20 gusting to 33 in Bishop,CA

The Brazos River came up from 3' up to 20' and has gone down to about 5' now. Our training bar, Eagles Nest needed a little clearing that was beyond a few of us dragging off so the chainsaw was put to use. Always interesting to see the drag marks in the gravel up to the logs final resting spot.

3 weeks ago at Hoodoo Meadows, ID. Last day of the season for wheels, as it snowed more that night.

A mild hike leads to Yellowjacket Lake, about 3 miles round trip (but at ~8000').

Thanks to Aviat I’ve been lucky enough to fly this really nice Husky for the RAF.

I’m smitten with this Husky. The engine is smooth and fast with good fuel economy. She lands and takes off short too.

Full glass, 200 HP and an autopilot.

Better fuel economy than my 180 HP Husky on wheels.

Yup the autopilot is a nice addition..

Beautiful. Would really like to have a PA-18 autopilot option. Kinda jealous.
