What are these?

Nearing completion of a PA18 rebuild.
Some parts in my tray that I’m trying to figure out what they are/where they go.
Thin walled steel, painted, so they must be exterior.
Look kinda familiar but scratching my head.

There are small bushings in a lot of the smaller control system pullies but being painted like that throws me.

Are those the bushings which go under the flying wire end fittings on the stabilizer? P/N 82732-72 3/16" id. https://www.supercubproject.com/drawings/pdfs/A3250019.pdf
