Wanted: Drawings PA-14 Seat rails & sliding front seats

I have a PA-14 and want to install Piper seat rails & Cherokee front seats. I would like to purchase the STC from Rodger Borer, however he is deceased. Does anyone know who has the rights to STC SA192AL, or a copy of the STC and/or drawings?
Plan "B": Piper Service Letter #149 lists: PA-14 sliding front seat, kit number 751 100. Does anyone know how to get hold of these drawings?

Do the Cherokee seats need to be narrowed to fit in the PA14?
