Yep… My 48 rag wing 170 had one. Can’t remember, but I think it had 5 crystals maybe for transmit frequencies?

This is a recent pic of the panel of a 180 that was just for sale near me.

Here's a picture of the control head of the ARC 27 UHF radio. It was in the early F8's. The frequency selector was 3 concentric circles.
Changing frequencies at night, IMC, while flying close formation was challenging. This radio was probably the reason for having a Single Frequency Approach at Navy/Marine airports.
