Tip-up door & Extended baggage for PA12

What started out to be a PA18 extended gear conversion after a landing gear collapse last February resulted in a stripped frame that will be recovered. A few mods added and things done right.
Got the STC for left hand door.
I need to know if there is an STC for a swing up right hand door conversion. (Field approvals are impossible in Canada.)
There was an extended baggage STC; problem there is that it was not done right. We are re-doing it. My question on this is to find out if I can use Kydex for the "floor" and sides of it. If so, what thickness? We will be using .040 for the side panels. Do I need to go .060 for the baggage area?
Thanks

check with http://www.crosswindsstol.com/ for door stuff

I would definitely not do a kydex floor..... its not good for holding weight like that....
