Still a lot to do, keep the reports coming!

Choose either the "Shades of Grey" or "New Default" style from the lower left corner and let me know how that looks...

Just a cool feature report ... LOL maybe it always did this. But if you start a reply to a post, get sidetracked... wait what was I going to say? Oh, if you leave a partially finished post or draft and don't hit 'Post reply' the same 'draft' is there when you open back up that thread on any device. I guess all email saves drafts but I didn't know it did that here.

Carry on.

Hmm they are centered for me.. which theme are you using?
That's it - I like dark but I keep running into posts that I can't read (old quotes or something are nearly black as shown once before) so I switched back to light.

Towns don't show up on small devices that put the user information above the post instead of beside it. This is the case for both themes.

I'd like to see member's locations show on their posts, under their icon photo, like it used to.
Helps put their posts in context sometimes.
If Crossen, Wien or Sheldon were alive and participating on this site, and were now retired to a location you deem not worthy, you would put their posts in what context? Seems a bit judgmental to me. You have no idea what experience people have, where they have been and what they have done. Evaluating the merit of one's comments based upon their current zip code is a poor discriminator in my opinion. Perhaps we should require the attachment of ones resume so you may "context" their input with more accuracy.:)

What's your zip code so I can decide if you're worth taking seriously or not?
Kidding aside, I meant "in context" more for comments like "it's cold here today"...
"cold" in wisconsin being different than "cold" in so calif.

Fair enough. Perhaps I inferred incorrectly. I commend your comeback by the way!:ROFLMAO:

We had an incident recently where a dismantled exported airplane's new owner was wanting information. We gave him all sorts of information until we learned the airplane was in England. Everything we gave him was based upon the airplane having come back to the US. Had we known his location sooner, we would have saved a lot of back and forth.

Seems like a wee bit of digression here…

The old forums had the location which you can set to whatever you want, so it made sense to put them on the new ones. And yes, it is true that on tiny devices it does not show up because there isn’t room.

The triangle in a circle at the end of each thread line doesn't always go back to black when a thread is responded to and I know I haven't seen the last post. Even if it's at the top of the homepage it stays blue. PC/Edge

Are you referring to the list on the home page? (Not the forum home page)

On my home page it is black. When I click on it, it takes me to the last post of that thread. When I go back to the home page, it has changed to blue. Just as before the update.

Always worked well before the update.
So the update didn't really change that page much as that is code that I wrote. I just subbed in the new values. HTML has a "visited" color selection and it is set to blue and black as others have mentioned. Might work different in different browsers also. I'll keep fiddling with it.

It probably doesn't matter, but FWIW I almost never go to the home page.
My bookmark is the forums page. then I immediately go to the new posts.

Steve I am looking for the "technical information" section that had downloadable files. old links to it are dead.
