STC SA83AL (Univair PA12/PA14 short mount)

Does anyone have a copy of this STC who can give me some help? It was originally owned by Stoddards and includes the Univair 501 short mount, and allows 0-290 and maybe 0-320 (?) installations in a PA-12. I'm trying to figure out if it includes 0-320 series engines - if so, I think I can replace my 135 hp with a 160 without resorting to a Field Approval, and all the hooey that entails. I think this is the only way to get a 160 into a PA-12 seaplane with out all the 337 ruckus. It looks like this has already been used by the previous owner on my airplane to install the 0-290, but the paperwork can't be located. The FAA website is where I found it, but it doesn't have much info. I'm not having much luck (or I should say, my mechanic isn't) getting the Kenmore STC to work with the parts I have; short mount, PA-18 exhaust, 0-320-B2B, etc.

I sent a message to Univair, but they haven't responded after a few weeks.

Anyone have a copy of the text? What does it say?

Might try to get a hold of a fellow named Mark Wiggs at Univair. I've spoken with him on a few occasions and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, at least on a -11.
