Does anyone else remember the proposed AD to magnaflux (or whatever) the gear legs on all Cessna taildraggers.
Some (don't recall how many) were breaking at the axle bolt holes.
As I recall, it turns out the ones that were failing had pretty much all been on ski's.
At any rate, the proposed AD did not come to pass.
