none reported, but really not much difference, just making the strap into a airfoil like strut tube, I don't know but I would guess 95% of all standard 12 gear now is aerodynamic.
Looks like a stock 12 without much crap is close to the 1100 lb area, and even if you get the lightweight starter, alt and small battery , and get down to 1070 ish, by time you bolt on a borer prop your still right back into the 1100 lb figure??? Wonder how (slow) the stall speed of an 1100 lb Cruiser ,compares without flaps ,to a 12/1300 lb one with flaps?

Speed depends directly on the cube root of the thrust horsepower ratio. Thrust horsepower can often be increased by reducing the pitch. So, depending upon the shape of the power curve, it is sometimes possible to increase speed by reducing pitch.
