OK, Glenn. Hope it was elective and worked.

Four airplanes into Great Valley [N56] for lunch yesterday. They were a PA-11, a PA-12, a PA-18 Top Cub, and a Cessna 150/150 TW. The Top Cub is on bush wheels and the rest on skis.

Three airplanes into Ridge Road West [7NK4] for lunch today. A PA-11, PA-12, and a Taylorcraft F-21, all on skis.

It hasn't been cold enough long enough in western NY for lake ice thick enough to land on. Those that have any ice at all on them heve 4 inches max. Thick enough for some Ice fishermen but not for me. After tomorrow, there won't be any snow on the ground at my place for at least a week.

Good news, Glenn.

Jim, I saw you go by Creekside this morning. Looked like you were headed for Dansville.

I was out with the PA-11 a little later. Just bopped around locally with several landings in different locations. I was heading down Bristol Valley when I heard you returning to Williamson. Forty-five minutes after I put the airplane back in the hangar, there wasn't enough snow on the runway to take off on straight skis. Looks like I will be in the barn for a while before we get more snow here.
