"Lucy" A good book to read

I just finished reading a super book. I might be a little bit biased as it is a true story about my Grandmother "Lucy" The book was written by her son, my uncle.
There is a Facebook page for LUCY and the Hunters of the Mad Trapper.

This is his description of the book.

LUCY and the Hunters of the Mad Trapper. The book is available at:
Audrey's Books
10702 Jasper Ave., Edmonton
Out-of-town orders or inquiries to the author should be sent to: littlemore@outlook.com
... Between the covers of LUCY you will find, not only romance in the Canadian Northwest Territories of the early 1900s, but adventure, mystery, murder, cannibalism, mysticism, strange happenings, and God’s work. You will take part in an epic adventure and make new friends that you will never forget.
Smell the smoke and steam aboard The Trans-Canada Limited from Halifax to Calgary. Hear the mournful whistle of the Hudson’s Bay Company steam boat Northland Distributor as it plies the waters of the great Mackenzie River. Feel the biting cold as you cross the frozen Arctic Ocean in a dog sled. Sit at the table with R.C.M.P Inspector Alexander Eames as he directs the hunt for The Mad Trapper of Rat River. Then take to the air with Wop May, renowned pioneer pilot, as he crosses the Richardson Mountains into the Yukon, on the way to the showdown with Albert Johnson.
This is the true story of Lucy Ball, an amazing Canadian heroine, and of a Mountie that died out in the snow. It’s the most extraordinary account of how Lucy will not rest until she’s sure that the Mountie will never be forgotten. But remember that this is also an account of Lucy’s coming of age and her story of finding true love.
Buy the book, grab a cup of steaming hot coffee and a box of tissues. Get ready to laugh, get ready to cry, get ready to meet Lucy.
I highly recommend the book. It has quite an aviation theme as Lucy was personal friends with Wop May, met Charles and Ann Lindbergh and was is Aklavik when the first air mail flight came.

I suppose there isn't a Kindle version? I wonder if they'll mail to the states?

i read the Mad Trapper book and enjoyed it and also the somewhat similar "Descent into Madness" story. This one I read after moose hunting in the area his cabin robbing took place and the guides in camp had been around during that period. - early 80's.

No Kindle version. Yes, he will mail a copy anywhere. It is self published, and just came out before Christmas.
The email
:littlemore@outlook.com is the author.
I also read "Decent into Madness" This story kind of makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up. He was one weird dude.
