Lift table

May have been discussed before. We have a cough Husky cough and they are a skosh heavier in the tail than a SC. I bought lift table on the book face marketplace that was from northern tool. I also have an old motorcycle lift. I can roll the tailwheel on to the motorcycle lift and at its highest point it’s almost the same height as the lift table. Easy to slide it over and once there it will go past level when on 29’s. Makes cleaning the belly or whatever you want to do much easier for both me and my old back. Makes doing a weight and balance easy peasy as well. This particular table is heavy but I use it for all sorts of things like sliding heavy objects out of my truck bed, moving tooos around the hangar, etc.

dont let it roll off of there.

Get the tail of my Super Cub that high, and it gets real light. I’d have a safety rope tied to the tail, and tied to something solid so it doesn’t go up on its nose.

Totally agree on the lift table. makes tailwheel maintenance so much easier. also very helpful when working inside the plane. i can get the floor almost level so stuff doesn’t roll away.

we also used it on my neighbor’s Baron to install the engine cowls. it holds them in place perfectly while we wrestle with all the connections and fasteners. best hangar tool accessory ever.

I've not really considered this before.

I use a rolling stool that has a 5" height adjust When I work on my EAB project in my shop. Getting myself a just the right height makes tasks easier. I could use a lift table like that as a seat and greatly expand the limited height adjust feature of my stool. Especially down low near the floor. And there is room for tools and hardware too.

The double scissors lift table go up about 48". Is that what you all think the way to go?
