That screw, I'm guessing is someone's attempt to fill the tubes with corrosion x... I get to go around welding them all...
 
If you cover the interior you should consider weep holes to allow condensation to exit, otherwise water will/may become trapped at the longerons and tubing clusters.
 
The seats are done, with the exception of the rear seat backing. They're quite lite surprisingly. I'm leaning towards a sling for the rear seat base and a semi ridged seat back support.
