Installing straight skis...could use help!

Hey Guys!
Looking to install straight skis on my 180 , and could really use some help!
Kinda new to this area of Alaska, (Palmer)...and another set of eyes...hands...thoughts, ideas, jokes and EXPERIENCE!!!!
