Husky A-1 project

It does look great, I've been following it on the husky forum but came here for the bigger pics.

Can't wait to see the performance of it

Hi JOHN, beautiful airplane I'd like to see it this summer. When I picked up the seat cushions at Stars I was impressed by his work, and nice guy.

Thanks, it will live in Anchorage at Lake Hood, Starr's hangar for now.
Hoping to have it approved for display at the Airmens Trade show in early May, if they accept it.
John

How do you like the extended skylight on the Husky? (I also miss my Cub's glass lower door!)

Saw this one in Wisconsin with the extended glass:

Opens it up for the rear seat passenger, we did a tinted glass as it can get hot in sun.
Our cub is extended too, think they look the best. The clear one looks like it could be hot.
Thanks,
John

We used the tinted glass to keep it bit cooler in direct sun.
Our cub is also extended glass version.
Thanks,
John

Your new equipment list mentions a “carbon fiber tailspring”???? Is that a typo? Where do I get one?!!
