I thought “Dirt Legs” were the ones you just dated and didn’t marry. Learn something every day!

None on the main line, so I assume Texas does things different than South Dakota

isnt there a small screen on the regulator also. and where it goes into the gas control box on the furnace. i took the cap off my drop tube maybe 20 years ago and there was nothing in it, so ive sortve forgot all about it since.

First hard frost of the season here on our farm in the Champlain Valley. I've not seen one so late in 30 years. Not sure what it will lead into, between the caterpillar color bands, farmers almanac and squirrel activity I predict it will be over in March. One thing for sure it was nice not paying for heat until last night. Gotta keep Miss Judy and the pups happy.

Just a bit of rain in Southern Oregon.. [emoji1787]

Drain pipe plugged up, water run under the back door. An inch of water pretty much the entire shop floor. Friends came out and we got the water drained, drainage dug out with an excavator and the hanger water swept out.

And it was about 55 on the valley floor but Interstate 5 got closed at the Oregon / California boarder due to white out conditions in the pass.

Hmmmm, turns out we were at -44 this morning. That's the coldest temperature in BZN since 1936, which was -45. I guess if it's gonna be extreme, may as well go for the record. I'm guessing there's a lot of dead cars around town today.

-42 in Jordan this morning. Probably get colder before sunrise.
Glad I went south for the winter.
Only -35 here.

We have barely seen freezing temperatures this winter. I still have green grass in my yard.

Flew the float plane last Friday at 55°.

This is the most unusually warm winter I can remember. The last three storms came out of the southwest not the normal northeast. The southwest storms have caused lots and lots of erosion along the south coast.
Must be the new wind farm they planted just offshore. [emoji846]

You other Montana guys are making us look like the banana belt again. Saturday morning was a mellow -28. This morning, still dark, we’re a pleasant -10 which was about our high yesterday. Tomorrow looks like it should be a nice ski flying day with +single digits forecast.

Nothing as cold as some of you guys, but we've been enjoying a cold snap here in western WA.
Never got above 12 degrees at my house friday.
It was 7 when I got up yesterday, got up to the low 20's.
13 degrees this morning.
That 7 degrees yesterday is as cold as it's ever gotten at my house in the 31 years I've been living here.
Supposed to start warming up to more normal winter temps starting tomorrow-- daytime 30's, 20's at night.
