FS: PSTOL flap head bumpers

If you own PSTOL flaps I am sure you have knocked your head on a bracket a time or two, or six... I have designed and 3D printed some bumpers to help prevent people from hurting themselves. I originally developed these bumpers for the week of oshkosh, and had great success in protecting people noggins. The bumpers are all 3D printed out of TPU to be soft, and squishy to help cushion the blow.

If you leave them in and take off I take it they just get cut or pop out? Certified P-STOLs have 4 hangers.

The flaps will still operate like they should if you inadvertently leave them on. They are a tight fit and I would guess that they would stay put if you left them on in flight.
The intent is to only use them when on the ground.
The cost is $25.00 per piece.

I had to chuckle because a friend of mine e gave me a piece of pool noodle to put on the hangar by my baggage door and of course I forgot it and took off and it stayed on. It just looked like the hinge would guillotine the bumper if the flaps were pulled. That would be my luck. Great work, wish I knew how to do stuff like this.

I have an idea for you, how about one for the aileron bell crank? I have seen several people dropped to their knees after hitting their head on that one, one required paramedics at Oshkosh one night. Covers a lot more models as well.
