Last year's account of your trip across northern Canada was terrific - certainly an inspiration for this flatland pilot. I'm curious to know where you will be journeying this year, and look forward to your posts.
Good proactive 'tude, Lou.
If'n you do do a "round Canada" fly, we'll be right on your flight path! Always a freezer full of grub & fridge (dedicated) full of refreshments.
Y'all are welcome, 'eh?
Hi friends!
Many, many thanks for that enormous interest in my voyages. Because of the problems to cross the Canadian border and also in need of video material for my future DVD “Alaskan Impressions”, this time I’ll stay in Alaska. And compared to my motto “the way should be the goal” it will become a surprise voyage again, also for me. Even flying for decades in Alaska, there are still areas I haven’t seen. Because even retired I have a lot to do here in Germany. So I do not know exactly when I’ll be back in Alaska this summer.
Well friends, this spring I was in Alaska to do my annual and a little ski flying. Three weeks ago, Friday, we had an absolutely marvelous ice fishing day on Dune Lake. It was nothing special, but everything was so relaxed and beautiful, three guys and a mascot (Lisa), warm Alaskan spring weather, CAVU, plenty fish, everything perfect. At night when I went to bed I do not know how long ago I was so happy and relaxed. Nothing special ?!! But what a day.

Hi Larry! It’s nice to see your new plane on your logo. I hope to be back in Canada next year and may have a look onto it.
