Corsair, Mustang or Anna, pick one

They are both way coll but from my experience, restored to like condition, I would go with the Corsair. Although the Corsair can be a hydraulic nightmare, the R2800 engine requires way less maintenance than a Roll Royce Merlin with its belly mounted radiator and oil cooler and associated lines.

I'd take either - Corsair, Mustang or the pair of Annas, in that order - but not the wrist clock. You bang one of those - the clock, that is - around a couple of times and it's junk.

I am with Steve P. Out of the three, the Corsair has the lowest operating costs and associated maintenance.

I would go with the mustang. I do have a bias my grandfather flow them in WW2. Both are great planes. If I could afford one operating cost wouldn't make much difference.

I'll Keep Marcia. She had Anna's figure 42 years ago and retains same. WW2 heavy metal? I could probably keep a FM2 running, not as good a figure as Marcia, the Anna's or the other two but easier on the wallet......
