When young, I decided to apply for Medical School.

On the entrance exam we were asked to arrange the letters NPEIS and form the name of an important body part which is most useful when erect.
Those who said spine are doctors today.

The rest of us went to flight schools.

I know too many fighter pilots who fit this to a tee. A few don't but most do. 8)
