Carbon fiber how to?

All the nice CF parts I see on this site have me wanting to do at least some of the panels on my 2+2 with Cf. As a carbon fiber virgin I could use some advice/instruction. Any body care to offer some or sources such as books/videos. Trying to keep her from being a fat girl. Thanks

Nathan, that would be ultimate place to learn about it. I have googled diy carbon fiber and found alot of info. Aircraft spruce has the supplies etc so will give it a try for some of the interior panels.

talk to the guys at fiberglass supply in washington .I have several carbon fiber- kevlar projects going on, in order to get any break on pricing i have to buy 100 yd rolls ,this is great if you can use all the stuff. I found when you buy smaller pieces off e-bay they usually fold the fabric and distort the weave and will not look nice and it also takes some strength away. best i have found for 3X 6 oz. carbon fabric is $28.00 yd that is with freight to alaska. The whole process is very easy to learn and if you ask 6 different people you will get 5 different answers
