AN2 was my thought also.
I've been told that those are powered by a Wright 1820 clone,
not sure if it's the same rotation (CW from the rear) or not.

Antonov AN-2, Notice that the landing gear is different. This one attaches to outriggers and the one in the picture appears to be attached to the fuselage. Other than that it does look similar.
