Borer or Sullivan extended baggage in a PA12?

I am getting ready to recover the fuselage on my 12 and want to put some sort of extended baggage in. I found a previous thread discussing the Sullivan STC but not much on the Borer. I am just going to put the upper in so that I don't need to modify the controls. Does anyone have thoughts and pictures so I can compare the Sullivan and the Borer installations? Thanks

Regardless of which baggage you install (either is nice) you will want to remove the original baggage diagonal cross bar and replace it with the pa-14 style cathedral brace. you will thank yourself every time you use it I have DER paperwork you can look at if you can't find an STC for the cathedral. the cathedral also makes for a great rear seat shoulder harness attach point. Since you are only putting in the top part of the baggage the removable seat back cross member won't serve you much good but its another nice mod that is cheap and adds no real weight.

I totally agree with MT12 that cross bar is a pain especially if your tall. That's one of my favorite mods I did on my plane. Plus it makes access to the baggage area much easier.
