I had to remove my Atlee Dodge lumber rack when I installed my new bellie pod. Any body looking for a good lumber rack for a PA-18?

Hi all, I am finally getting around to installing the Firmin pod I bought a few months ago on my Supercub. I have teh weld on Atlee Dodge float hardware and these little dog ears that go under the belly are in the way of the pod. Are you supposed to cut away the pot to fit it here?
Thanks Mike! Do you just nothch the fiberglass and leave the rubber sealing bead in place as it may fit underneath the tabs when in place?
You were extremely lucky.I went straight into the ground from 100 feet and dumped 12 gallons of fuel from the nose tank on the engine and no fire.
just talked to faa, no more field approvals for -12, since the -12 is now in the works for getting an stc so that sounds good.....
so someday we will have an stc one for -12...
