My flash tube in my strobe needed replaced, however Aeroflash is no longer a thing. Whelen makes a replacement, however the fitment isn’t quite the same. The Aeroflash had a rubber gasket that fit up inside the lens while the Whelen does not. I didn’t expect this to be an issue however there is no where for the wires to go. The aeroflash had an area below the gasket to fit the extra loose wire. I can’t seem to get it to all fit together. Does anyone have a solution for this? I was not able to find a part number on the Aeroflash but from what I can tell based on my research the part number is 073-141. The Whelen equivalent is SA406. Most people seem to recommend I replace it all with LED and I get that. I just need to get it in the air again quickly. Here is a pic for reference.
