What size device are you watching on - I just doubled checked and with all his, "go here, click here" there is a mouse 'arrow' moving all over the screen that you can follow. Turns into the hand when he hovers over the links. It's a pretty small hand and arrow though but on full size monitor no problem to see (but if I have the window smaller it is hard to see).

Pete as Scott said, there is a tiny mouse there. I need to make it bigger and re-record it which I will eventually do.
