4 1/2" instead of 5" Propeller Bolts?

Has anyone seen or heard of using 4 1/2" prop bolts instead of 5" bolts on these planes? (no threads sticking out the back of the prop hub when using 4 1/2" bolts)

It turns out that a kit builder was sent 4 1/2" bolts. They requested another set and received 5" bolts in the replacement set. Upon checking my plane, I found out they were only the 4 1/2" not the 5" as it should be.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Sounds like someone screwed up. I would call and ask. Is in a Catto prop? they usually provide the bolts.

Emailed and called CC. Crickets. Been a week and a half.

Wonder how many other are flying with the short bolts?
