    Cargo pod tab locations

Anyone have measurements for rear pod strap locations? I want to add tabs now before paint.

How far aft of the rear gear fitting for the common pods like Airglass 32 gal or Firman cargo pod? How beefy should the tabs be? Wrapped around the longeron?

Firman/ Alaska bush pod all cargo.

Zero’d the level on the D window forward frame, and they are angled in 25 degrees

Thanks all. I stuck them on the inboard sides of the longeron since this frame is really wide. Click image for larger version.

Keep in mind you will have to get custom pod straps or put extensions on regular straps you may get with a pod. Anywhere in the 38.5-40" range is fine. It should be just ahead of the cluster as you did there.

Thanks. I'll have to extend the straps I have. I'll need the pod for fuel occasionally otherwise I probably wouldn't bother on the 4 place.
