    P-Ponk POH

Is there a Supplement to the Pilot Operating Handbook for the P-Ponk engine conversion on a Cessna 180? Ordering a CGR30P for someone and cannot find a POH supplement.

A supplement? I don’t have one in my plane. The STC changes redline to 2700. What else is there?

Depends on the model I guess. On the early C-180 I am ordering the CGR30P engine monitor for the original rpm was 2350-2550 and the P-Ponk is 2200-2600 with a 2700 rpm redline.
CHT was normal 350-455 with a redline of 525, P-Ponk is 460 redline.
Oil temp was grn - Red but P-Ponk redlines at 240.
Oil Pressure was 10 min 30-60 operating and 100 max but P-Ponk is 10 min 20-60 operating and 100 max. Electronics International needs those flight manuals and supplements to program the limits and cover all their bases per their STC'd instrument.

Understood. JPI wanted a copy of the STC to program my EDM. I thought you were looking for a supplement. I don’t have one so I was curious.

FWIW the O470 TCDS calls out different CHT limits for sparkplug gasket sensors vs bayonet type sensors.
