Nice celebration of a life well lived today. Was like a family reunion today but we all liked each other
Good time to remember a dear friend to us all

Start the winter fun anytime now. Floats are coming off this week. Great summer but it’s over. Now wheels and skis.

Yeah, want a winter project? I keep hitting the cub wing when on anfibs. Can’t even give it away, and don’t want to use it for firewood.

Your old 11 will go on skis quick and you don’t even have to pull floats. But you’ll be stuck in the slow lane again.

Well Glenn I don't know if this falls under NE winter fun but looks like I have some stuff to do this winter instead of flying 82H. Should be ready to sell come springtime if anyone is interested.

Had a friend willing to buy it at Jim's but he wasn't sure how to reach your wife

From Genesis: "And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be
found in all corners of the earth."

Then he made the earth round... and He laughed and laughed and laughed!

    Farmboy,
Was this your video too? If so, tell that fellow in the middle at 6:07 with the amphib to always retract the gear when flying even if he doesn't plan on landing in the water. Flying around like he is in the video is a set up to eventually land in the water with the gear down. ALWAYS after taking off Say out loud: "Positive Rate of Climb GEAR UP". One of our other members forgot this rule .... it cost him. I won't mention any names but his initials are B.R.

If it was the formation video of a few cubs and anfibs. I met them a mile out after the gear was pumped down

Good news is after 2 min of pumping you’re tired and know where the gear is.

That's a powerpack from a Seabee. I wonder if you could either modify the pump or tie in another one with a larger diameter piston? That would then take fewer pumps. An electric pump was hooked up in parallel in the Twin Bees. I think it was just T'd in to the pressure side of the hand pump.

John, we noted that north of Berlin color was pretty good on Saturday, particularly on the northeast side of Dixville and the U.

While at a convention at Dixville, a friend taught a bunch of us to rappel off the biggest cliff on the right. I'd much rather have run a hang glider off it.
