theres like a product called 303 or something that your suppose to give them a rub down every now and then with. thats suppose to help? https://www.airframesalaska.com/303-Aerospace-Protectant-p/303.htm or cover them with something that you dont mind getting swiped.

Even if covered they will crack where the sun don't shine - like where they contact earth or frozen ground. My experience.

With proper care a set of Bushwheels will last 20 years or more. https://www.airframesalaska.com/v/vspfiles/pdf/Tire ICA-AML.pdf scroll down on this link and they have instructions for proper care. Keeping the tires off tar/out of the sun/properly inflated really helps. I had a set that looked great after 17 years.

That was a good year for Bushwheels. Keep them out of the weather/sun and give them a spritz and wipe down with 303 once a month and they should last 8-10 years on average. I like to park on a sheet of plywood to keep them off of the blacktop and you can use fabric tire covers or make your own box type covers out of plywood. The plywood covers are also great for standing on to fuel the plane.
