To say this is odd would be an understatement. Very narrow path.

Several years ago we had a microburst event happen in our area.. several wind “streams” fell in an area about 5 mile diameter… you could see grass laid down flat looking like a 10 foot wide path where the winds blew it down at speeds up to 120MPH… we had half a dozen of these wind evens at our airstrip.. one of them landed right between two rows of airplanes… picked up a Cessna 150 and tossed it into the top of a tree.. another 150 was flipped on its back in its tie downs.. a Cessna 172 was turned around in its tie down 180 degrees and bent a wing tip… those airplanes were all tied down to 4 foot by 4 foot by 6 inch thick concrete blocks…. The airplanes that were behind those were not tied down to blocks and were unharmed… there was a Cessna 182 cowling nearby sitting on the ground that did not move..

We had a 140 foot three bay hanger extension with open fronts (no doors) that was picked up and deposited in our neighbors field… the original 40 foot hanger with a door was left in place… wound up building our 70X90 “carousel” hanger to replace that…

Mother Nature can do weird things…
