Carbon fiber clear coat

Looking for recommendations on what clear coat to spray on carbon fiber. My floorboards are CF so looking for something that will stand up to abuse. Instrument panel and numerous trim pieces also CF. I tried several searches on this site with no luck, although I do recall it being written about a while back.

Thanks for any product reviews you can offer.

The high gloss coat is usually applied during layup. No idea what to spray on a completed panel but for floorboards? Mine have a satin finish and they’re to slippery. I laid sheet rubber in the baggage area to help keep things from sliding around. I thought about adding a clear coating and sprinkling grit but I didn’t want to sand the CF to promote adhesion.

Automotive clear coat is durable and typically has UV inhibitors.
You’ll need to scuff cf finish and apply as you would automotive paint.
Provides a beautiful finish, but as Stewart mentioned, will be very slippery on floors.
