O-290 oil cooler

I have an O-290g on my homebuilt that has an oil cooler adaptor on it, part# 62418. The adaptor is meant to be sandwiched between the oil screen housing and the accessory case, and it contains a smaller than normal vermatherm valve. A friend that has a experimental cub running the same engine and is having high oil temps and wants to add a cooler. He decided that rather than swap out his accessory case it would be a lot easier to find an adaptor like my engine uses and he found one. When we finally got the used 500$ adaptor the vermatherm valve had been removed. I've tried to find the part # for the valve, both my O-235/O-290 manuals don't show it. Does anyone out there know where I can source one or have a part# for me? Thanks in advance for any help!

I think I have a used cooler and vernatherm valve. PM if interested. I think it’s the same as the O-320 but not positive.
