On my supper cub, Sitting on level ground, ball is half ball off center. How do you adjust instrument to center the ball? Thanks in advance!

Is this a simple stand-alone inclinometer or something more complex like an AHRS driven PFD? In either case the first step would be to confirm that the airframe is actually at zero roll attitude.

Tail down or up in level flight attitude? Tire pressures even?

To start, level the aircraft left/right and fore/aft. If the ball is not centered, do as Skywagon said and slot the screw holes (this should have been done during panel build). Then once the ball is centered you'll need to see if it stays centered during level flight.
