Post Mills

Tragic accident for a guy with well over 10,000 hours of balloon time. I took off shortly after they did and passed the balloon about 10 or fifteen minutes before this accident on my way back in. The world will be a little less colorful and weird without him…
 
Post Mills is a truly unique place to visit. I had the pleasure of listening to Mr Borland describe the workings of one of the many treasures that could be found on the premises. With this sad passing I hope that his memory can be kept alive in each of those pieces he leaves behind.
 
Brian was a friend to all of us. One of the coolest dudes ever. He had a passion for some of the strangest things ever and shared them with whom ever stopped in. I never missed a chance to stop by.
Rest in peace my friend.

Very sad for the local world of aviation and once again we fear and hope there will be a way to keep that wonderful airport on the map.
