    Why?
    Staying alive in an airplane has a lot more to do with mastering ourselves than mastering the aircraft.

    I love the Pilot III, fit in a flight bag easily and also fit most glare shields. Ferried everything from Cubs to an AG Cat and a Brave with one on the glare shield. They are perfect for a Cub. This guy updates them, or last I checked he did. I will look, I think I have 2 of them.

    That was my first and simplest GPS. After LORAN it was a miracle in a small light box. They went extinct due to lack of support, but now with updates might be another choice.

    I also love the Pilot III and use one all the time - only problem is that the screen is developing those vertical lines of blank. I will give John Terry a call

    Similar, and a great price, so far
