I've had similar experiences with phone numbers not working before. Have you tried reaching out to them through email or social media? Sometimes that can be a good way to get in touch with a company when their phone number isn't working. Also, if you have access to a temporary phone number, that could be another option. I actually used a temporary Australian phone number for a similar situation, and it worked out all right. Just a thought!
