ADSB Traffic Indicator on Panel Required?

Does anyone know if its required to have a traffic light indicator on the panel like this one shown outlined in the red box I drew? Should the plane pass annual without it? Thanks.

It's likely from a TCAS setup, not ADSB. Probably silences TCAS callouts.

SO your answer is NO.

I'm being told its required with previous GTX 345 installation to pass annual.

Traffic “In” isn’t required in any airspace. It may be part of an STC instrument install but I know nothing about that.

As stated above ADS-B in is NOT required. Only ADS-B out is mandated. That is why you can use any type of screen/indicator to display traffic (if you even want it at all). The only way I can see this being part of a '345 system is if other equipment was interfaced with it or if someone got creative with the discrete inputs.
