Opinions on Avstar vs Marver Schebler Carb?

It is probably too late to inquire as my mechanic put in an order for a rebuilt Marvel Schebler Carb for my O-320 about an hour ago, but, I am wondering whether the Avstar is significantly better? It looks like Avstar is aluminum-- I like the idea of weight savings, but I wonder about temperature issues. One nice thing about the Marvel is it will be a direct replacement.

Marvel is aluminum too. Don't think you would see any weight savings. Marvel is the standard and has the most knowledge out there for tuning and maintenance.
