Bent stringer

When the fuselage of my PA18 was recovered some years ago. they applied too much stress to the fuselage while tightening the Ceconite.
First, it showed just a little bent on the right top stringer (metal). After some years now, the bent seems to have increased and looks ugly.
Is there a way to straighten the stringer without recovering the whole fuselage ?

Unfortunately not. Plane is in another country to get wings and tailfeathers recovered. It still had the original cotton from 1963, so it had to be done.
Due to COVID related travel restrictions, it's not possible to drive to the shop.
The bent is about 15" long, 1" deep, above the lift handle.
