Fremont Island Airstrips Remain Closed.

While the UBCP and the DNR continue to work together in an effort to potentially restore aircraft access to Fremont Island, the airstrips continue to be closed to aircraft. In addition to the airstrips being closed, the new managers of the island have established rules regarding access and use of the island, which can be viewed at the following address (https://ffsl.utah.gov/fremont-island/), to include the prohibition on shooting and camping (among others).
