At Lee Dodge fuel header tanks

Hi,
We have the Attlee Dodge Header tanks and the Univair Fuel selector valve p/no U91 947K fitted to our PA-18A-150. We are having trouble understanding where the hoses go for the front header tank, (2 ports instead of 3 on the original) and where the hoses go on the fuel selector.
Can only one advise please?

Top rear line in the tee above the fuel valve comes from the rear fitting in the left tank and the top forward line in that tee goes to the front header tank. The line coming into the rear of the valve is coming from the rear header tank. The bottom fitting going forward goes into the gascolator. The small line on top of the front header tank goes into the front fitting in the left gas tank. The top line in the rear header tank goes into the tee on your right fuel sight gauge.

What fitting do you use on the bottom of the fuel valve Steve?

Piper used a Weatherhead elbow. If I am replacing everything I use an aluminum AN elbow.
