1948 Piper PA-14 project

I am selling my PA-14 project. Aircraft was purchased by me from the widow of a friend who was working on it when he passed. All the previous owners are passed away. There are no logs for the plane, I spent a year of my time reacquiring the data plate that was also missing via the FAA and a new data plate issued by the Type Certificate holder that is in my possession, the plane is also registered to me, the air worthiness cert. is eligible for re-issue after being inspected. Per the FAA records the plane had its last annual in July of 1961. Was dis-assembled and spent the next 60 years in storage. I purchased it in Dec. of 2018. I have the FAA records for the plane. No structure repairs were reported or are visible in the fuselage ie it doesn't appear to have been wadded up at any time. Please call with questions for details on condition of specific parts. No engine or prop, comes with an 0290D2 core. I have purchased all the PA-14 STC's from Karen Byerly (Roger Borer). LH door, Gross weight upgrade to 1935 lbs. adjustable seats w/flap handle relocate, extended baggage, PA-18 gear & edo 2000 floats, PA-18 tail. I also purchased the skylight STC from Crosswinds Stol (Charly Center). The plane had new Cleveland wheels and brakes on it when I got it with new 6.00x6 tires. I do not have the STC for those. TT on aircraft per the FAA is 1658 hrs. The wings are original to the plane as well as the fuselage per Clyde Smith. Asking $30K. I have a lot of pics and can take pics anything you might want. The plane and myself are both located in Bellingham, Washington. I should have put that in the ad, thanks for asking! There is so much more stuff that goes with the plane, I thought maybe it would be best if someone is really interested to call me! Thanks
