Throttle cable clamp

Hi, does anyone have drawings or photos of how the throttle cable clamp, p/no 12408 on a Lycoming O320 powered Super Cub clamps?
I'm having trouble rigging the cable at the carb end and suspect that I haven't set the clamp up properly and don't have another cub to copy.

I assume the mixture cable goes low when you put the muffler on?
