Aerodynamics and the PA-18-150, Super Cub

Greetings aviation enthusiasts,

Would anyone happen to know the G-load rating for a Piper Super Cub (PA-18-150)? I understand they are quite customizable, but I am 7 weeks into an Aerodynamics course at ERAU and would love to find actual performance data for the various calculations I have been having to do (aside from general manufacture specs in the manual and interpolation). I am used to technical manuals listing nearly every performance chart one can conceive, as well as every limitation available--but that's "specific" data for military aircraft I'm used to. Having no joy for the Piper in this realm!

Worse comes to worst, I can just go with the "normal rating" category according to 14 C.F.R. Part 23 and Part 25 which lists +3.8 to -1.5, but if anyone has expanded/detailed performance data I can reference--that would be excellent!

Thanks much!

A few years ago at the New Holstein fly this group came up with a CFD model.

That’s the beauty of it Glenn. It’s rare to see a sad pig. Even when it’s bacon it still makes pilots happy [emoji2]
